Name of the Production

We have decided on three possible names for our production:

• Women > Men
• Oppression
• R3VERSE

 

To decide the name that would be most effective for our film we sent out the following message to our focus group:

 

'Hey guys, thank you for all the comments you have given us, we are coming close to filming now and are trying to decide the name for our production. The three we have narrowed it to are;

• Women > Men
• Oppression
• R3VERSE'

 

Over the next few of days we got our responses.

 

100% of people in our focus group voted for the name 'Oppression'

 

We then asked why they had all chosen this name from the three and the main reasons we were given were:

• 'Women > Men' gives away too much of what the film will be about.
• They thought 'R3VERSE' sounded too sci-fi
• Also that 'R3VERSE' was not very original
• Oppression is a short statement name that people would be more affected by

Following this we have decided to go with the focus groups choice and will name our production Oppression.
