The Music (Research)

During our short film we have decided to use music throughout, to do this we have been looking at other short films with moral storylines to see the type of music they have been using, below are two of the ones we have looked at:

From this it is apparent that it will be slow, emotional music that we will use. Using pianos, guitars or other instruments, will use a piece of music for the entirety of our production. The main problem in using music for a short film is the copy-write issues, so instead of contacting bands and artists to ask permission to use their music, I will be creating my own piece of music with the help of our friend and talented musician Geary Allen in order to avoid the obstacle of copy-write.
