As our film is silent with no dialogue, we wanted a piece of music to play throughout that can reflect some of the things happening on screen so as to move the viewer and make them understand more of the scenarios being shown without the ease of having the spoken dialogue.
Geary Allen, a friend and talented musician watched our film without sound and allowed us to record him free-styling with a guitar to what he was viewing. We loved this method, because he as a viewer played whatever came to his mind whilst being a consumer, which led to a piece of music that we felt reacted to the scenes and settings in our film.
